B’fair Group collaborates with Bambora, which offers payment solutions and is certified to the highest level of PCI standard. This means that all communication regarding card data and payments is handled through a secure encrypted connection. Thus, B’fair Group is not aware of the account information you enter. Payment will be deducted at the time the item is shipped from our warehouse.

All prices on bfairgroup.com are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive VAT. We ship with PostNord.

Purchase step by step

  1. Desired products are added to the shopping cart.
  2. The shopping cart is checked and approved.
  3. Payment method is chosen. We receive VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Mobile Pay. All prices are in DKK and incl. VAT, but excl. postage/shipping. Payment will be deducted when the item is shipped.
  4. Customer information is required. To order the item, please provide name, address and e-mail address. Your data will only be used for purchase purposes.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after your order.

Terms of trade and delivery apply to all deliveries from b’fair group ApS. The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between the buyer and the b’fair group.

b’fair group ApS delivers to Denmark from bfairgroup.com.

Delivery of goods is considered to have taken place after the customer has received the goods. All orders are shipped with PostNord, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and b’fair group ApS. For holidays and holiday season, there may be a longer time of delivery. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be deviated from.

You always have 14 days of withdrawal, when you shop at bfairgroup.com. The right of cancellation is valid from the day you receive your item. If the 14th day is a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, 24th or 31st December, the 14 days will expire on the following working day. You must pay for the costs associated with returning a product.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. The notification must be given by sending an email to info@bfairgroup.com. In your email, please state clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

In case of withdrawal, the full purchase price incl. shipping costs of your original purchase will be refunded to the card you paid with. Repayment is made as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned item. How long it takes before the money is returned depends on the cardholder’s bank. You can undo a purchase either by refusing to receive the item, by returning the item via postal service, or by returning the item at the specified address.

It is very important that you attach a copy of the order confirmation, when using your right of withdrawal.

You must return your order to us within 14 days, after you have received it. Upon return of the goods, you incur the direct cost of returning the item to b’fair group. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed properly and you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. Additionally, please provide a copy of your order confirmation.

Decrease in value
You are liable for any decrease in value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item. The risk of the goods is transferred to the buyer when the right of cancellation/withdrawal has expired after 14 days from receipt. Has the product been damaged after the buyer has received it, he will retain his right of withdrawal if the damage or deterioration is not due to negligence or lack of care by the buyer. Remember to save original packaging, as items of claims or damages must be returned in original packaging.

If we consider that the conditions are not met to use the right of withdrawal, we will contact you per. e-mail with a reason for this.

Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, we will naturally refund the amount you have paid to us. We make a refund with the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We refund you purchase, when we receive back the item. In the case of any depreciation you are liable for, this amount will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

When you shop at bfairgroup.com, you always have 24 months of warranty. You must exercise your right of warranty within a reasonable time after you have identified the defect/error. If you advertise within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.

In the event of a complaint it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a consequence of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Due to your computer’s color settings, the colors of the products on the webshop may vary from the actual colors. b’fair group can not be held liable for such inconsistency. Similarly, minor irregularities may occur, as many of our products are handmade.

Information about redress
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info@bfairgroup.com. Should we not be able to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Board for Public procurement at www.forbrug.dk.

The personal information is registered at bfairgroup.com and is kept for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information via bfairgroup.com, we ensure that your explicit consent is given, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

Trusted employees at b’fair group ApS will have access to the information registered about you. Payment information is processed through an external provider, whereas all of the information is being processed encrypted.

Information provided to b’fair group ApS is by no means sold to third parties and we do not record any personally sensitive information.

As registered with bfairgroup.com, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you.
